1. Acceptance of these Terms
Loupe.Love is operated by Loupe.Love, LLC (“Loupe,” “Loupe.Love,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use Loupe.Love, including our website, taste-discovery tools, product inspiration, ring briefs, outbound retailer links, catalog pages, and any authorized tools we make available.
By accessing or using Loupe.Love, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Loupe.Love.

2. What Loupe.Love does
Loupe.Love is an engagement-ring taste-discovery and inspiration service. Loupe.Love helps you explore styles, compare inspiration, organize preferences, generate ring briefs or design directions, and find links to third-party retailers or other third-party sources.
Loupe.Love may show product cards, images, summaries, style labels, recommendations, rankings, badges, comparisons, generated concepts, or other presentation layers to help you refine your taste. Any ring brief, recommendation, score, label, comparison, summary, generated image, or design direction is a starting point for your own review and conversations with retailers, jewelers, designers, or qualified professionals where appropriate.
Rankings, badges, comparisons, recommendations, and style labels may reflect user taste signals, catalog structure, available data, editorial choices, technical limitations, affiliate relationships, or other disclosed business factors. They are not independent appraisals, certifications, or objective determinations of the “best” product or retailer.
3. What Loupe.Love does not do
Loupe.Love is not a jeweler, retailer, seller, broker, appraiser, gemologist, certifier, insurer, payment processor, escrow service, or party to any purchase you make from a third party.
Loupe.Love does not provide legal, financial, investment, insurance, appraisal, valuation, gemological, grading, authenticity, or other professional advice. Loupe.Love content is for discovery, organization, and inspiration only.
4. Retailers, purchases, and product coverage
If you choose to visit or buy from a retailer, your purchase is with that retailer, not Loupe.Love. The retailer controls its own prices, availability, product descriptions, payment flow, shipping, taxes, returns, resizing, repairs, warranties, financing, customer service, terms, and privacy practices.
Loupe.Love does not process your purchase, set retailer prices, control retailer inventory, provide retailer warranties, or handle retailer fulfillment, returns, repairs, resizing, or post-purchase support.
The ring catalog may be incomplete, selective, experimental, outdated, or influenced by available data, technical limitations, editorial choices, affiliate relationships, or other business factors disclosed where applicable.
Showing a product, retailer, source, badge, ranking, comparison, or recommendation on Loupe.Love does not mean Loupe.Love endorses, certifies, appraises, authenticates, or independently approves that product, retailer, source, or claim.
5. Product information and verification
Product details, images, prices, availability, gemstone or metal descriptions, grading, certifications, treatments, origin, condition, retailer policies, and other product information may come from retailers or other third-party sources. That information can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or different from what appears on the retailer’s current site.
Loupe.Love does not independently verify gemstone identity, natural/lab-grown/simulated status, grading, treatments, metal purity, origin, authenticity, value, certification, sustainability or sourcing claims, craftsmanship, sizing or fit, custom-design feasibility, retailer representations, or product availability.
Images may be cropped, enlarged, compressed, stylized, generated, or shown in contexts that do not reflect actual size, scale, color, inclusions, craftsmanship, proportions, or setting details.
Before buying, verify important details directly with the retailer, including price, availability, specifications, certifications, return rights, resizing, warranty coverage, shipping, taxes, and total cost.
6. AI-assisted and generated content
Some Loupe.Love content may be generated or assisted by automated systems or AI, including style summaries, recommendations, product descriptions, image analysis, generated images, and ring briefs.
AI-assisted content is for inspiration and organization. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, non-unique, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Generated images or briefs may depict concepts rather than purchasable products.
Generated images, briefs, or design directions are not CAD files, manufacturing instructions, jeweler-approved specifications, originality guarantees, or intellectual-property clearance for a custom design.
Do not rely on AI-assisted content as professional advice or as a substitute for reviewing retailer information, product documentation, certifications, or advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
7. Affiliate links, sponsorships, and compensation
Some links, retailers, products, placements, badges, recommendations, or other parts of Loupe.Love may be affiliate links, sponsored placements, paid placements, or otherwise compensated.
This means Loupe.Love may earn a commission or other compensation if you click a link, visit a retailer, or make a purchase. Retailer prices and purchase terms are set by the retailer and should be confirmed on the retailer’s site.
Compensation is meant to support Loupe.Love. Paid relationships may affect which retailers, products, links, placements, labels, or catalog sources are available or highlighted, where disclosed. They do not change the choices you make in the experience or the core taste signals Loupe.Love records from those choices.
When required or appropriate, Loupe.Love may also disclose affiliate, sponsored, or paid relationships near the relevant link, product, placement, or recommendation.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Loupe.Love uses and how we handle it. This may include information stored in your browser, generated browser or session identifiers, product analytics events, outbound-click information, and AI or vendor processing where applicable.
Loupe.Love may link to or use retailer websites, affiliate networks, AI providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, image services, search providers, font or icon providers, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party sites or services, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your interactions with them.
We are responsible for how we present Loupe.Love. We are not responsible for third-party websites, retailer conduct, retailer inventory, checkout flows, fulfillment, returns, warranties, financing, repairs, resizing, or post-purchase support.
9. Ownership and permitted use
Loupe.Love and its licensors own the Loupe.Love service, software, website design, brand elements, original editorial content, original compilations, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of materials on Loupe.Love.
Retailer and third-party product images, descriptions, data, logos, trademarks, brand names, and listings remain owned or controlled by their respective owners. Displaying, summarizing, organizing, or linking to third-party content on Loupe.Love does not transfer ownership to Loupe.Love or to you.
You may use Loupe.Love for personal, non-commercial discovery and inspiration, and for any authorized Loupe.Love workflow we expressly make available to you.
You may save, copy, print, or share your own Loupe.Love ring brief or taste summary with a partner, retailer, jeweler, designer, or advisor for your personal ring-shopping or design process.
Except as permitted by law or with our written permission, you may not:
- use Loupe.Love for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity;
- interfere with or disrupt Loupe.Love or its security features;
- access Loupe.Love using unauthorized bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated methods that burden the service or collect content at scale;
- bulk download, copy, resell, or commercially exploit Loupe.Love content or compilations;
- attempt to derive non-public source code, algorithms, models, ranking logic, systems, security features, or access controls, except as permitted by law;
- bypass access controls or use non-public, administrative, experimental, or restricted tools unless we expressly authorize you to do so;
- use Loupe.Love content, compilations, or outputs to train machine-learning models; or
- misrepresent Loupe.Love content, product data, retailer relationships, or AI-assisted outputs as professionally verified, certified, appraised, or authenticated by Loupe.Love.
10. Corrections and rights concerns
If you believe product information on Loupe.Love is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or raises a copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights concern, contact [email protected].
Please include the relevant Loupe.Love URL, a description of the issue, your contact information, and any information reasonably needed to review the request. We may update, correct, restrict, or remove content where appropriate, but we do not promise any particular outcome or timeline.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Loupe.Love is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Loupe.Love will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or that third-party product information, retailer links, AI-assisted outputs, recommendations, or availability information will be accurate or up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, Loupe.Love and its operators, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or losses arising from third-party retailer transactions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
To the extent permitted by law, Loupe.Love’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives any rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived.
12. Changes, suspension, minors, and governing law
Loupe.Love is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Loupe.Love only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
We may update Loupe.Love and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply prospectively after they are posted or otherwise provided. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where required. Your continued use of Loupe.Love after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or limit access to Loupe.Love, authorized tools, or particular content if we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to protect Loupe.Love, users, third parties, legal compliance, or the integrity of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without limiting any nonwaivable consumer-protection rights or other mandatory rights that apply where you live.
